The food was tasty, though fairly basic and repetitive, and the restaurant’s Coronavirus measures seemed questionable. I wouldn’t be surprised if it failed an inspection. The hotel also charges extra for just about every small service, including parking, towel changes, and room cleaning. The location is wonderful, right on the beach, and there are many things the resort could offer guests. Sadly, the service was far from acceptable. From our first day, the managing staff were unprofessional and unfriendly. Problems in our room were left unfixed throughout the stay: the shower handle was so rotten that it broke on first use, and bathroom tiles fell off the wall a few days later. Worse, when we brought it to management’s attention, they yelled at us. If you want a worry-free holiday, this is not the place.

This is our second New Year’s Eve at the resort, and I never expected spending the last night of the year with new people to be so enjoyable. We paired the celebrations with a week of relaxation. The staff are very friendly, the homemade food is delicious, and a lovely animator keeps things entertaining before, during, and after New Year’s Eve. Physiotherapy treatments are included in the price, and the resort is in a great location, just a few meters from the beach. Thank you, best regards, and see you in December.
