The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms had everything I needed. The whole place, restaurant included, was spotless. From reception to the restaurant, the staff were welcoming and attentive to every request. I had a fantastic stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend it.

A calm, pleasant atmosphere, and the shrimp pasta is reliably good.

They brought us food and insisted that we order, even after we said three times that we didn't want to. It was already a frustrating visit: service took ages, and when I finally got someone's attention, the staff were rude and dismissive. That lack of respect and professionalism was unacceptable.

The restaurant was good, probably the best in town, and breakfast was okay. The takeaway boxes were a nice touch. But with the new menu, several food and drink options weren't available, and one crowded night we waited two hours for our food. The restaurant is popular with people who aren't staying at the hotel. The room also had several problems: the shower water never got hot, and the fridge, smart TV screen sharing, and pool weren't working. For the price of the room, it wasn't worth it.

I was there on a business trip. The hotel had great amenities, decent food, and friendly service, and I'd stay again. Just be careful about changing your reservation dates. I had to leave a day early because of a business travel change, but they wouldn't refund the unused night, whatever the reason. The checkout policy was disappointing.
