Sanatrium Uzdrowiskowe Chemik

The room was small, but we got used to it. We were pleased with our NFZ stay at Chemik sanatorium, especially the location right by Spa Park. The food was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful, from the physiotherapists and nurses to the male nurse and the attentive maids. Treatments started on time, though it will probably take a few weeks to see results. The driveway to the parking lot from the main road was difficult for both short and long vehicles. We raised it with the director, who responded quickly, and it was professionally leveled and repaired within a few days.

The reception was very efficient, and the reception staff were kind and helpful. Rooms were nice and well equipped, but the bathrooms needed more shelf and hanger space. The stay didn't feel like other spas. Treatments were sparse, the service wasn't always professional or friendly, the brine water was lukewarm, and it felt like they cut corners on everything. Food wasn't good either: sometimes the soups were lukewarm, there were few vegetables, the rice was overcooked, and portions were small. The director talked about a family atmosphere, but publicly reprimanded the cleaning staff. The service staff were always kind and helpful. I won't come back.

It's a peaceful, cozy place for anyone who likes quiet and wants to relax. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and the food is plentiful with lots of variety. Free internet is a real plus, something I haven't found at other spas. Staff are professional, friendly and quick to respond to patients' needs. Requests are handled right away. I'd highly recommend the spa.

I've been here six times now. It's a beautiful place, with professional and helpful staff. The cleaning ladies are wonderful, and Ewa, the manager, is cheerful and very friendly. The maintenance staff deserve a mention too. Treatments are chosen just right, and the food tastes like home. I recommend it. Iwona from Wrocław.
