The room with a balcony was fine, and the food was okay. It’s very close to the beach and the port. It’s a pity the pool isn’t open this year, since an hour there each day was always included in the price for us.

Hello. I remember the former Ursus Recreation Center from ’95. Those stairs, oh, I was always running up and down them ☺️ It’s been about 30 years, and I still have such fond memories ❤️. Chełm says hello 🥰 Edit: I might have the facilities mixed up. It was a good 30 years ago, so the memories are fuzzy 😊 Either way, both places are very interesting and charming 🥰

We came back to Helios in June 2024 with our group of 50 people with disabilities, after booking the return visit right away following our first stay. The place remains top-notch. Meals are tasty and varied, better than at other resorts we’ve compared them with, the staff are very friendly, and the manager is always available to talk things through. Even with less-than-ideal weather, everyone bonded well because there was plenty of room. Sofas and armchairs in the halls make it easy for a big group to gather over coffee. We’ll certainly come again. On our first visit, we could see and hear the sea from the balconies. The food was excellent, the elevator very clean, and the staff friendly. The owner, Mr. Michał, deserves a special mention for helping with group events and any other matters. There’s a bonfire and sunbathing area in front of the resort for anyone who has trouble reaching the sea, even though it’s just behind the parking lot. I wholeheartedly recommend the place.

The food was excellent, though it wasn’t quite to my taste. I also wished breakfast were buffet-style, since portioned meals don’t work for everyone. Still, I recommend the hotel. It’s near the lake and very close to the beach, and both the rooms and the rest of the hotel were clean and tidy. The armchairs and sofas in the hallways are handy for larger groups. There’s ping-pong, billiards, and foosball too.
