A robot hotel. :)

Our room was acceptable, at least. The service, though, was awful. They ignore customers and don’t answer the phone. When you manage to call again, you get told, “I don’t know, maybe it’s not working.” The TV worked one minute and not the next, and then nobody picked up because they didn’t want to hear complaints. I can’t recommend this place. Find a competitor that cares about its customers.

Check-in was easy for us, and the Old Town is just a short walk away. Those were the only things in its favor. The apartment was so cramped it felt claustrophobic, with barely room to move. There was no Wi-Fi, and the TV had only one channel. Trams passed constantly under the windows, while the traffic lights made a loud noise at night. The refrigerator hummed in the room, too. The duvet, bedside, and shower curtain were dirty. The window couldn’t open all the way, and the view was just a wall and air conditioning units on another building. Although there are stairs to the ground floor, a disabled person can’t access it. Parking beneath the building is in a paid zone. I could get through one night in an emergency, but I wouldn’t manage several days there. I don’t recommend it.

Street noise was the one small drawback, but I was very satisfied with my stay. It’s good value, well located, and a nice place to visit Elbląg. I recommend it.
