The service is really poor.

The location is lovely, everything is close by, and the building itself is beautiful. Our living room opened onto a pleasant courtyard that was deserted while we were there. The owner was incredibly kind. We stayed with our one-year-old, and the apartment worked perfectly. It’s attractive, clean, functional, and has everything needed in the kitchen and bathroom, from coffee and tea to appliances, toilet paper 😉, a hairdryer, and towels. I wholeheartedly recommend it for a short stay or a longer one.

The bathroom was spacious and comfortable, and we appreciated the natural cosmetics. We also liked having tea, coffee, salt, and pepper provided. The apartment was modern with a wooden style, comfortable, and roomy, with everything needed even for a longer stay: a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, air conditioning, dishes, and more. Our place opened onto a patio shared with other tenants, though it was practically empty. You could sit by the fountain or have breakfast there. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and a beautiful lake are nearby. The things I’d change are the lack of a second duvet or blanket for two people, and the lack of an organic waste bin, unless Ełk doesn’t sort organic waste. Still, I’d definitely recommend it.

It was easy to book through Booking.com, and collecting the key was simple with the coded key box beside the apartment. Parking is available next to the building. The apartments are very well equipped, with air conditioning, a washing machine, soaps, towels, TV and cable TV, patio access, all the kitchen utensils, and a fridge. The only thing missing was a second duvet. Really, nothing to complain about. I recommend this place.
