4 Żywioły Falenty Hotel & Conference Center

The meals were really good, both dinner and breakfast. Staff were attentive and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless.

I was in a real bind after my Warsaw visit: I was heading to the airport and had left a precious family heirloom at my hotel. I called to check that it had been found, but there wasn't enough time to decide what to do without risking my flight. An acquaintance suggested asking Vladimir and Alexandra if they could bring it to the airport. Vladimir quickly arranged for the heirloom to be delivered, handling the whole thing with kindness and great professionalism. He treated a stressful problem as if it were his own, and I can't express how grateful I am for his integrity and help. I wholeheartedly recommend him and hope we meet again.

I was staying over during a layover at Chopin Airport. The hotel itself was good, and Vladimir was especially helpful: he gave me medicine, lent me his phone charger, and helped with my suitcases. I’m very grateful for his service, and he deserves the highest rating.

The airline sent us here for a night after our flight was cancelled. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean, and breakfast was good. Being so close to the bird sanctuary was a real bonus. Most of all, manager Mrs. Anna and her team made a stressful situation much easier for all the stranded passengers. Their hospitality, empathy, and professionalism really stood out. Thank you again.
