The breakfast was perfect and it’s a very nice place. Just be aware that communicating with the staff could be tricky if you don’t speak Polish.

Our room was very comfortable, with a view of the Gothic cathedral. Breakfast was exceptionally good, with lots of options for vegetarians and meat eaters alike.

The town is worth a visit, but eating here was the worst experience of our whole trip. The food was awful. There were hardly any people in the restaurant, just us and another couple having coffee, yet the waiter told us the food would take 40 minutes because the kitchen had too many orders. The menu listed vegetarian dishes, but none of them could be ordered at that time. The food wasn’t tasty, and one dish arrived cold. The waiter didn’t know how to apologize, though it wasn’t his fault and he was doing his best. The place has potential, but the kitchen staff need to change.
