He runs a hotel that's open around the clock, but when he picks up the phone, he goes off and starts hurling insults. The way he talks brings to mind men in tracksuits by the forest, wearing football badges to fool people. Someone behaving like that shouldn't be running a business. Even a bathroom isn't an appropriate place for that kind of conduct.

The rooms and setting were fine, though the kettle was badly dirty and covered in limescale, and the microwave smelled unpleasant. Getting in touch through Booking in writing was awful, while phone contact was okay. Booking's listing also gave the wrong information about the accommodation and how check-in worked. I reported the errors, but nothing changed.
