The interior is quite okay, but the furniture is damaged, and even the TV channels cost extra. You have to pay for air conditioning too, seriously? There are rules and charges posted everywhere, and the landlord treats tenants like five-year-olds. They’re having issues with the cleaning company: a neighbor waited more than six hours past the agreed time to be assigned an apartment, and calling didn’t help.

The interiors are nicely designed, and the garage is okay, though parking is difficult. The TV is missing some channels, including Canal+ Premium, and the playground is just a swing and a covered sandbox. The shower drain was clogged and needs fixing. The beds were set far apart, with one against the wall and the other against the cabinets, which then couldn’t be opened.

The terrace was really pleasant, with a table and sofa, and the rooms were nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished. The apartment is spacious, close to the size shown in the photos, one of the newest in the area, and about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Depending on the option you choose, there can be up to three bathrooms, all with showers. It was generally well maintained, with a few exceptions: nearly every cabinet or drawer took several tries to close, which made kitchen tasks inconvenient. One drawer also held a toaster that wouldn’t close properly and looked as if it had never been cleaned, especially after its last use. I decided not to say anything about that unpleasant sight.
