Dom & House - Apartments Navio Estate

I probably wouldn’t come back. The price is too high for the quality, especially since I rented two different apartments for the same price and their standards varied a lot. One was beautifully furnished and had air conditioning; the other wasn’t as nice and had none. There were silverfish all over the place, although the property otherwise seemed clean. A few things were broken or unpleasant: the coffee machine didn’t work, the mop was hidden in a closet and smelled terrible, and in one apartment the shower faucet was broken, so the rain shower wouldn’t turn on. In one unit, the door handle came off in my hand when I opened the door without tugging. In the other, the handle and electric lock didn’t work properly. The code unlocked the door, but it wouldn’t open until several tries, and this happened a few times during my several-day stay. The apartment was meant for four people but only had two seats, both stools, which wasn’t very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. It’s a quiet first-floor apartment with a balcony overlooking the garden, where even a glass of wine tastes good. There’s a parking space, and it works well for a couple or a family with two children. The decor is lovely from the moment you enter the building, and the sea is about a 10-minute walk away.

There are great shops nearby, including a fantastic fish market. We used apartments in the Dom and House complex here and definitely recommend them. It’s a quiet, intimate development with many high-standard rental apartments, plus convenient parking and a garage.

It’s a beautiful property, and both the stairwells and our apartment were very clean. The sea is a short walk away, and transport to the center of Gdańsk is excellent. We recommend it for a vacation.
