The location was nice, with a tram nearby for getting to the city centre. Our room was just middling, rather retro, and the pillows were huge with feathers poking out. At check-in, a very rude Russian-speaking woman greeted us, so we had to use Google Translate. She did eventually get us signed in. The restaurant cook was nice, as was an older man we thought might be the owner or another staff member.

A basic hostel in a rural area. The tram is the nearest public transport, about a five-minute walk away. Breakfast is simple with few choices, and the rooms are small and basic, some with en-suite bathrooms. The staff were helpful, especially the woman serving breakfast, though English was limited. Wi-Fi worked well. There's a TV in the room, but only Polish channels.

If you're after something fancy, this isn't it. The owner told me most guests come for some kind of medical treatment nearby. He's a great guy, and the staff are nice.
