The setting is peaceful, with a lovely garden, and it's still easy to get to central Gdańsk by car or taxi. Free parking on site was convenient. The rooms were modern, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning, a desk, and a good bathroom. The beds were cozy, and the rooms were well insulated, so I could rest well after a long day. Staff were friendly and professional, and made check-in and checkout easy. They were ready to help with questions. Breakfast was tasty and had a good range of choices. I also heard other guests mention the good service and pleasant atmosphere.

Getting into Gdansk town takes a little effort, though Ubers are cheap, about £5 to the center. The hotel itself was very nice, with pleasant staff, clean rooms, and a nice feel.

We ate at the restaurant next door and weren't very happy with it. The hotel was easy to find, with private parking, and our room was spacious and clean. The receptionist directed us up the stairs with our bags, so I'm not sure whether there's a lift.

Zacisze, the restaurant on the hotel grounds, was fantastic, and breakfast was top notch. The staff were lovely, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. The rooms were huge, clean, and luxurious, with comfortable beds, and the whole place was spotless. It's just a quick taxi, Uber, or Bolt ride from the heart of the city, and there are plenty of convenience shops nearby. The prices are a real bargain. I visit Gdansk at least once a year, and this will be my regular place to stay from now on. I can't recommend it enough.

The restaurant next door is excellent, and the hotel itself has great rooms that feel fresh and very clean. The breakfast was a letdown, though: very small, limited, and only Polish options, with nothing international.
