Breakfast was a highlight for us: tasty and varied, with the staff keeping the dishes topped up and fresh and warm while we ate. The double room was spacious and clean, and the hotel felt quiet and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We arrived after midnight and were sent instructions for an easy self check-in. There was also a filtered ionised water dispenser in the lobby, which was handy since we didn't have to bring water.

The hotel is very small and family-run, and the friendly staff, quiet atmosphere, and perfect breakfast all made me like it enough to give it 5 stars. It's near the beach, and the room was large, fresh, and clean, with a huge modern TV. The coffee deserves 5 stars too. Don't take the earlier complaints about breakfast as fact. Check my photos: it was nice, with local dishes and several kinds of fish every morning. The decor is a little old-fashioned, and the linen and towels were shabby, though very clean.

A peaceful spot about 150 m from the beach. Our room was clean and very nice, and we liked the breakfast selection. I'd recommend it for a pleasant stay in Gdańsk and Sopot.

Terrible customer service. I booked a balcony room because I'm a smoker, but was told on arrival that it wasn't available. They offered me a disastrous room with a “take it or leave it” attitude and pushed me to cancel the reservation. No alternative room was offered. The old man at reception was very rude, and the personnel don't even seem embarrassed to reply rudely to this review. That says enough about this place.

The beach is just a few steps away, and the rooms were amazing, with beautiful decor. Wonderful hotel!
