We only stayed because circumstances left us with no choice. For 300 PLN a night, this was far too much for what you get. Breakfast never happened because the owner said it wasn't worth coming in to make it for two people. In that case, calling the place a bed and breakfast doesn't make sense. If you plan to eat, bring your own things: the room had just one teaspoon and two small glasses. The interior was clean, but almost everything was badly worn and looked stuck in the communist era. The couch was filthy, the beds were worn out, and springs poked through the mattress. The kettle was awful, full of limescale, and the towels were dirty and threadbare. The Wi-Fi was painfully slow at 0.5 megabits, so it really shouldn't be advertised as free internet. It was very cold, too. I complained to the owner, who responded quickly, but said the radiators were working even though they were barely warm.

There was a big breakfast selection included in the accommodation price, and the service was very nice. Parking is right in front of the Villa. The windows have both external blinds and roller shutters, which was a plus. In the bathroom, though, the light was too dim for doing makeup, and the towels felt rough and unpleasant after bathing.

The owner was great to communicate with, friendly and very helpful. When there was an outage during my stay, I saw how she handled it: guests had a temporary fix that same day, and by evening the problem was resolved. Access feels secure, with codes for both the gate and the building. Osowa isn't central Gdańsk, but it's easy to get around without a long walk back or the hassle of finding parking, and there's plenty of parking by the villa. The roads in are not congested. Nearby, there's a mall five minutes away by car, a Biedronka 800 meters away, a small local shop 400 meters away, two gas stations within a kilometer, and a gym one kilometer away. The rooms are warm and relatively clean, and quite good overall, though small appliance issues such as the shower take away a little from the appeal. You get the basics: a refrigerator, small electric kettle, TV and bathroom. I'd recommend it for someone wanting a quiet place with a handy location, but not for people used to 4-5 star hotel standards.
