The owner didn’t know which room we’d rented and only decided after arriving. Luckily it worked out for us, since we wanted two beds. But the room had dirty dishes left by previous guests, and even the smell in the stairwell by the entrance was unwelcoming. The parking spot we were promised turned out to be on the street. We couldn’t use a kitchen or cook anything, and there was just a shared fridge in the hallway, like in the days of the FWP. And the price... no, never again. I don’t recommend this place.

For 300 PLN a night, we got a tiny double room with a bathroom. The dishes were still dirty, so we had to wash them before using them. Wi-Fi kept causing problems, and there was no kitchen access, just a refrigerator and microwave in the hallway. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We stayed two nights in a tiny attic room that was spotless and just right for a short stay. The place was clean and pleasant, close to the sea and right by tram stops. The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything, and even gave us delicious cheesecake with icing as a farewell gift. We’ll definitely come back!

The owner puts potential guests in an awkward position just before arrival by changing rooms and prices at will. I doubt we’re the only people he’s treated badly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it’s not worth your time. There are plenty of interesting places nearby with decent prices.
