It's an easy walk to the city beach, the aquarium, and the pool, with the center and everything else nearby. The owner was very friendly and easy to talk things through with. Inside, the apartment is clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped. Its windows face a peaceful courtyard, and the building is so quiet that we were surprised we couldn't hear the neighbors. I'd rate it 6/5.

The building feels secure, and the underground parking is reached with private keys. The apartment is cozy and in a great location, with everything nearby. I highly recommend it.

Really clean and modern, with underground parking and a lift. It's on the third floor and in a very good location. I had very good contact with the owner 😀

Great location and a very well-equipped apartment. The owner was easy to get in touch with, too. A good choice.
