I’ve stayed here several times. The apartment is on the 10th floor, with a beautiful bay view and a stunning sunrise from the living room. It’s well equipped and right in the city center, close to everything. Picking up the keys was easy and contactless, and there’s a small parking area behind the building that’s operated by remote control.

The view from the window is beautiful, but that’s the only good thing I can say. The apartment was dirty: greasy kitchen appliances, a filthy shower, and a dusty room. The washing machine smelled bad and was dirty, and the living room sofa had old, dried stains. Instead of having it professionally cleaned, they’ve just covered it with a blanket.

Gdynia keeps surprising us. They seem to make use of every space, and new buildings keep adding to the city. From here, you can see the existing homes as well as ones still under construction. It’s a great place with beautiful views.

Parking under the building is a real plus, though space is limited. The price was great, and the apartment had a lovely view. There were a few minor cleanliness issues.

I come back every year. It has a few downsides, but the good points outweigh them.
