Good location and prices, with clean, pleasant apartments. The service was professional and polite, and everything was spot on. I'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and had comfortable beds, and it met my expectations. The kitchenette had everything it needed. Staff responded quickly to requests and sorted out any problems promptly. The location is handy too, near the city center, Gdynia Wzgórze Maksymiliana train station, shops, Świętojańska Street, and the viewpoint on Kamienna Góra. I recommend it.

My wife was bitten by bedbugs here, according to the dermatologist she saw right after we arrived. The room smelled strange, some tiles were missing, and the balcony doors wouldn't shut. The rooms also didn't look like the photos. We spent two nights in two different rooms because of what I can only call staff incompetence. The standard was nowhere near what you'd expect from something called "apartments on the wave." With water leaking through the ceiling onto the bed, "apartments under the open sky" would fit better. The ceiling also leaked at the property where breakfast was served. I wouldn't recommend spending a vacation here.

The location is the only part of the description that felt accurate. The rooms were dusty and dirty, and the balcony window wouldn't close properly. My husband and I had booked another room, but spent our first night in a different one. Staff weren't much help. In the second room, water dripped from the ceiling straight onto our bed, and the employee said it wasn't his problem. I also had to see a dermatologist after arriving because of bedbug bites. The word "Apartment" in the name doesn't fit the reality. I don't recommend staying here, and strongly advise against booking it.
