LTC Apartments

The apartments on the first floor with the little garden are lovely in summer, especially with kids. The place itself could be nice, and I might have recommended it, but the service was awful. When I called to book, the woman sounded unhappy during our brief chat and said she was having a day off and I should call the next day, even though it was a weekday. I'm from Odessa, a big tourist city, and I'd never experienced service this bad. Before booking, I asked several times whether the apartment would be clean when we checked in, and was assured it would be. Instead, arriving with two small children who needed dinner and bedtime, we found long black hair all over the floor, in the shower, in the bedroom bed and everywhere else. The floor was so dirty that my kids' socks turned black. I called the manager, who said they'd bring me a bucket and mop so I could clean it myself because the cleaner couldn't come until the next day. The bucket and mop were dirty too. The cleaner never came, the next day or at all, and nobody even called back. We couldn't keep moving with two little kids, and it was high season in Gdynia, so finding another good apartment was difficult. We were staying there because of the war in Ukraine, not for tourism. We stayed for three weeks and asked for dishwasher capsules. They said they only provide 4-6, and we'd have to buy more ourselves. The nightly price was quite high, so that felt like a terrible and unpleasant way to treat guests. There was no toaster, either, although their website still says there is one. I even sent a photo of the room description. When I asked where the toaster was, they simply said they didn't have one.
