Panorama Gdynia Rooms

The harbor view is fantastic, and the food, from starters through dessert, was delicious. The staff were really friendly too. For me, this is the best restaurant in Gdynia. Remember to take the elevator up. I'll definitely come back. ❤️ 👍👍👏👏👌👌❤️

Desserts were good, the view is spectacular, and the staff were kind and helpful once they finally came over. But the prices are high, and the overall quality doesn't live up to the ambitions. Even with the restaurant nearly empty, we waited a long time for service, then 15 minutes for the bill. The crab dumplings were only average, with gluey dough and filling that lacked character. The grand interior aims high but isn't creative. They added a service charge to account for a difference between the menu prices and those in the system, which felt strange and unprofessional. The coffee was terrible, a common problem in Gdynia when nobody seems to care about good beans. The cocktails had ridiculously sexist names, and the music was 90s Eurodance. Lilies were everywhere, so the place smelled like a Coco Jambo funeral. Beautiful location, but it needs much better management. A coffee and dessert might be worth it, but I'd go somewhere else for dinner.

The food was awful, and I felt sick just minutes after we left. My dad and I both ordered halibut with risotto. The so-called risotto was a huge, undercooked lump of rice that tasted as if it had been made with milk, like something from a homeless shelter. The halibut was meant to come with lemon sauce, but what we got tasted like cream and flour, with a chalky flavor. There was hardly anyone there, and now we understand why. We paid for the view. If you want to pay like the rich and eat like the poor, this is the place. It's overpriced for food a two-year-old could make in a play kitchen, and theirs might have more flavor. Never eat here. Awful!

The view is spectacular, and at least that was free. We were seated promptly, but after half an hour nobody had even asked if we wanted drinks, so we left.
