The room has its own entrance from the courtyard, and the location is handy, around a five-minute walk from the train station. The owner and her grandson are incredibly kind. Inside, it’s clean, well looked after, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The decor has a subtle sailor’s-cabin feel, enough to bring in the seaside atmosphere without becoming kitschy. The sea is just over a kilometer away.

The rooms are large and nice, with a peaceful, quiet feel and a really good atmosphere.

The living room was a great place to relax, with a TV, a big table and comfortable armchairs. I also liked having a separate bathroom and toilet, and the kitchen was well equipped. The place was clean, peaceful and close to both nature and the train station and city center. The landlady was exceptionally kind and helpful. There was even a fantastic Vestfrost food refrigerator in a rare mix of brown shades. I used to own one too, though mine was plain white. I’ll definitely come back.
