Rest Pokoje Z Lazienkami

I arrived in Gdynia early and called to ask if I could check in before the required 15:00. They refused, so I found another hotel with better, cheaper service. Then after 15:00 they had the nerve to call and send me an SMS saying I’d behaved like a child!!!!!!. The check-in conditions are very strange. There are plenty of better and cheaper hotels in Gdynia where guests can check in as early as 09:00.

I couldn't check in because check-in is only available until 10 pm, and they hadn't told me that beforehand. I had to book another hotel. They ignored my cancellation request and never reimbursed the fee I paid.

We were left without a place to stay practically overnight, just before the May long weekend, which was stressful and caused a lot of problems. The day before our reservation, we got a text saying it had been canceled. When I called the owner, she said it was an “error” and assured us we’d be refunded, but we still haven’t been told when. We were also told that the room shouldn’t have been available to book for that date in the first place. The whole situation was ridiculous and showed a complete lack of organization and respect for the customer. I definitely don’t recommend this place or offer.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and the room was basic but clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The amenities are described in detail on Booking.com, so I don’t understand the negative comments about them. It’s close to the main train station, the city beach, shops and restaurants. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable :D but bearable. For this price, I recommend it :)
