The unpleasant service and lack of basic guidance made this a stay I can’t recommend. We weren’t told where to find towels or bedding for the third person, and there were no small touches to make things more comfortable, such as a coffee machine. Finding a bottle of vinegar in the cupboard instead of something like coffee summed it up for us. The apartment is available from 4 PM to 10 AM, so check-in is very late and checkout is early. Each extra hour costs more. The security deposit, parking charge, and fees for additional hours are buried in the terms and conditions rather than shown on the main website. The owner is defending himself against negative reviews below. Make up your own mind.

I wanted to check that paying the deposit by bank transfer was safe and allowed under Booking’s terms. We had no issue with the transfer itself after contacting Booking, but I’d never come across this kind of deposit requirement before. The owner refused to let us stay because I asked about it, and told us to cancel through Booking. The booking was non-refundable, so I didn’t even know if I’d get my money back. Booking had to step in, and the whole thing took several hours, froze my money, and completely ruined my life. I’ve never dealt with such an unfriendly host. Never again, and I advise everyone to avoid them.

The location was good, but one of the TVs didn’t work, and neither did the Wi-Fi. The couch inside wasn’t clean. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This is the best apartment I know. It was modern, very clean, and well-equipped, and the location was good. The owner communicated really well. Bravo to the owners. THANK YOU. Five stars aren’t enough for this place.

We were only there for one night for a Cave concert, and the apartment was great. The price was attractive, and being close to the Old Town was a bonus. Best regards.
