The host communication was smooth, and the apartments are quite nice, with modern interiors and AC. There’s no elevator, so keep that in mind. Public parking spaces are in front of the building and parking is free overnight. The city center is about a five-minute walk away.

The positive reviews were right, and so were the comments about public parking outside. Bottled water and tea were provided too, which was really nice. We were meant to clarify the king-size bed with the host, though, and the one we got was 140 cm, too small for two people. The host made up for it by giving us an extra room at no charge.

Our apartment looked out over the park with its Christmas lights, and the Rynek (Square) was an easy walk, under 10 minutes away. We had a lovely holiday in Gliwice and really enjoyed the stay. Thanks for the coffee, tea, and bottled water! The apartment was nice and clean, with a small kitchenette. If you’re staying more than a few nights and want to cook on the stovetop, you’ll need a few more utensils. The Polish king-size bed is a bit smaller than a U.S. king, but it was very comfortable; linens and towels were included, and the shower worked for our tall family. Management communicated well, and the access code arrived a few days before we got there, making check-in easy. Quiet time starts after 10:00 p.m. We’re sorry we got a little loud late on Christmas. Felt pads on the dining chairs might help reduce noise on the floor.

The apartment was great, and it’s a nice building. The lack of an elevator is the downside.
