Hotel 3 Siwaty Gliwice

The staff were very friendly, but the restaurant was slow and the rooms were very old.

Everything was great! 👍

We waited 55 minutes for our meals, and by then every guest who arrived after us, including people who came half an hour later, had already been served. After we got nowhere with the waitress or receptionist, we were finally told our order had been given to, in her words, “other people.” That’s why I’m leaving this negative review. I booked one night for a concert without expecting much. I just wanted somewhere clean and pleasant. It was clean, but not pleasant. The restaurant staff situation was a complete mess. A very young woman was left to handle the dozen or so dinner guests by herself. She kept apologizing and saying she couldn’t keep up. I don’t blame her, I blame the manager or owner for not providing enough staff when they knew it would be busy. I’ll probably say it again, but they should change the name to “Third World.”
