The rooms weren't properly cleaned during our week there. The bed was made, but the sheets stayed on, towels weren't replaced, toiletries weren't replenished when they ran out, and there was no dusting or vacuuming. The front desk was often empty too. We spent half an hour waiting for someone to validate our parking ticket, only to find it still wouldn't let us out. We went back, had it validated again, and got the same result. Then we waited another half hour for a receptionist to show up. The bell gave no clue why anyone was there, and we were left wasting time. The receptionist's manner didn't help. The brunette at the desk seemed untrained in how to speak with customers and was rude. The hotel owner should train the staff to treat guests properly. Food was another problem. This felt more like a pub than a hotel. Breakfast was repetitive and the bread was stale. Lunch and dinner didn't seem worth their prices, and the food felt like pig feed. Apart from breakfast, red fish was the only food available, and the side dishes were poor. A leaflet in the room said spa and treatment prices could be checked at reception, but there was no information there beyond a rate of 60 PLN per hour for the spa. It seemed to me the hotel might be avoiding taxes, and I found it odd there wasn't one set price for all guests. I don't recommend this "hotel".

For 350 zlotys, this was a disaster. The rooms were unbearably hot, and my friend had one where the window was screwed shut to the frame.

The restaurant was the highlight for me: really tasty food and great service. The rooms were fine too, and I'd recommend the place.

The service was lovely, and the food was really good 🥰
