Hotel Pietrak

I stayed for a week and had a great experience. The room was comfortable, breakfast was amazing, and the hotel staff were helpful and professional.

I was here for a few days on a business trip and would recommend it. I loved everything, from the bed to the pool and sauna. The staff did all they could to make my stay pleasant, and I could ask them for help with any issue, even things outside the hotel.

The location is great, close to everything, but my fiancée and I left very disappointed. We had no hot water at all during our stay in the Royal Apartment. No one told us breakfast was included, as if it were a secret, which was a shame because it was actually good quality. I'll choose somewhere else next time.

I stayed here for work for seven months, and I'd come back to Gniezno and stay at the Pietrak again. My room was spacious and easy to get to. It was cleaned whenever I asked, and the linen and bedding were changed. The restaurant became something I looked forward to. The food was amazing every time, service was quick, and the waitresses were friendly. I became a regular, and one of them even joked about how much I love ketchup. The whole team worked hard to make sure guests were happy, even when some of my colleagues were difficult. They were more than accommodating to everyone's needs, and they should be proud of how they looked after us. The reception team were all fantastic, but I especially want to mention Sandra at Reception. She was so welcoming and sorted out any problems within 24 hours at most. Over the months she became a familiar, friendly face we could turn to for help with the city or hotel. I know she wouldn't want me to single her out, but she was above and beyond, and I'd stay again because of her alone. I can't say a bad word about anyone who worked there. Thank you to the Pietrak team, and keep up the great work.
