Willa Gorzow

It's a quiet, comfortable place near the center, and the staff are very nice and helpful. The beds are really comfortable too, so it works well for a short stay or a trip of a few days. The only drawback is that the toilets are on each floor, but you can only wash downstairs. I recommend it.

Willa Gorzów ought to be called "workers' quarters." We booked two nights but used only one before moving to a regular hotel. Booking.com said the room had air conditioning, but it didn't work. The parquet is in awful shape, and there's mold by the radiator from flooding. The radiators work, but the furnace is set to the minimum, so it was only 5-8 degrees Celsius in the room all night, even though it was -3 degrees Celsius outside. The kitchen and bathroom could use even minimal cleaning. I strongly advise against staying here.

There was no water for 24 hours, and the rest of the time the first floor only had cold water. The place is filthy and stinks, and it's not even worth getting into what kind of place it is. I still haven't received the invoice from December, despite asking repeatedly and being assured it would be issued. Today, the accountant is reporting the missing invoice. I strongly advise against spending time here.

The location is a plus, and it's really quiet. The service was friendly, and the rooms were okay and otherwise clean, though there was a slight unpleasant smell. The building is neglected, especially the restrooms on each floor. Some were broken and had no toilet paper or soap. For what you pay, the quality doesn't match.
