We've stayed at FOLGA three times already, and we plan to return. The gardens are lovely and quiet, as are the hotel, rooms, and spa area. We enjoyed everything from the food to the continental breakfasts, and the restaurant and locally made beer are worth recommending too. We were happy to find that dogs are welcome.

The beer spa was the highlight for us: 90 minutes in a private room with a shower, sauna, baths, and beer on tap. It was so much fun. The spa was phenomenal and included in an already affordable nightly rate. We also had a lovely brewery tour, and I recommend their Van Der Blonde beer. The restaurant food was good quality and affordable, under £20 for a drink, starter, and main. Before we had even booked, the hotel arranged a car to get us where we needed to go, since we don't drive and local transport options were limited. They kept me updated and even negotiated a lower rate for us. Justyna provided incredible service, and the staff kept in touch throughout our stay and seemed to genuinely care about every guest. I haven't had customer service like that at any hotel apart from the Burj Al Arab, which costs considerably more and is expected to offer that level of service. I can't quite understand why Folga is rated three stars, as the quality and service felt five-star. We had an incredible stay and are grateful for everything they did.

The rooms were spotless, and breakfast had plenty of delicious choices, including some fantastic vegetarian options. The reception ladies and breakfast team were especially helpful, and the customer service made for a very comfortable stay. Highly recommend.

I especially liked the industrial-style design, the real plants in the restaurant, and the cozy couch areas with TVs upstairs. There's a nice kids' area indoors and out in the garden, plus a well-equipped changing room for toddlers. Since it's a beer factory, they make their own beer. I tried three kinds and bought a few bottles to take home. My only downside, particularly for a place of this standard, was that the menu was only in Polish and German. I expected an English version too.
