The kitchen area was very poorly equipped, and although the room had been cleaned before we arrived, Easter decorations were left behind and the vacuum cleaner was full of rubbish. Bike parking was also insufficient, and the parking space costs an extra 30 zl per day (2025). On the plus side, it's close to the sea and promenade, and the area is quiet despite being near the promenade. The modern gated property has interesting flower arrangements and lighting, plus a children's playground. The apartment itself is okay, and can be bought or rented.

Even though the apartment is on the ground floor by the main street, the surroundings are peaceful. The beach, shops, and restaurants are all nearby, so you can relax and unwind. It’s clean, spacious, and well equipped. A lovely place for couples or families, I recommend it.

We booked directly for summer 2024 after a lovely stay here in October. It was quiet then, and we felt right at home in the comfortable bed and sofa, and slept really well. The standards were a pleasant surprise. We're curious how it'll be during the busy season, but we're sure to feel at home in this fantastic apartment again. Definitely recommend it!

The beach is only 100 meters away, with bike paths and the usual seaside souvenir shops and grocery stores nearby. The rooms have large terraces and beach gear, and they're so well equipped they feel like an ordinary home, with all the dishes and appliances you need. The sleeping arrangements are comfortable, even cozy. I highly recommend it.

We’ve been coming back to this apartment complex since 2022. It’s on the outskirts of Grzybowo, about 5 kilometers west of Kołobrzeg. The tallest building is only three floors, and the buildings are nicely designed, so the complex doesn’t feel too crowded. You can book through several rental agencies. The white sandy beach is just a few minutes away. It’s peaceful here and time seems to slow down, maybe less so in peak season ;-). The sunsets on the beach are beautiful, and it’s an easy place to unwind.
