We booked through the website and knew what we'd be paying for, and it felt worth it. The kids loved all the activities, including pool games, face painting, a mini disco, and the huge game rooms. There was free ice cream on hot days and FREE candy floss every day at 5PM. We could relax in the jacuzzi while the excellent animation team kept our child entertained. Amazing place for families.

I was here a year ago. The rooms were good and the toilet was clean. I struggled a bit with getting the stove on, but got it working eventually. The service was odd and not to my liking. Even though I arrived a little late, my house still hadn't been cleaned, so I waited two hours. The water in the pool was cold. A few people asked if it would be heated, and the staff refused. I know you can't heat it on demand, but it was still unpleasant. The location wasn't great, though at least the sea was close. There weren't many shops, and the food was a bit pricey. I did like the minimelts ice cream machine :D

We spent 7 days here with 9 people, kids included. The house was fine, though it's wood, so you can hear someone moving upstairs. With the upstairs doors shut at night, we could watch TV without waking anyone. Once the doors and windows were closed, outside noise didn't come through much. One toilet for a house of 9 was really not enough. That big closet by the stairs could have been a small toilet instead. Our place was right in front of the playground and pool, which worked perfectly. My little one could run out to play and I could keep an eye on her. The pool has a separate area for young kids, warm water, and a jacuzzi. There's also a bar, waffles, and ice cream close by, plus daily activities for kids. We went to the beach only twice. For the other 5 days, we stayed by the pool in the sun. I'm not usually a lazy person, but my kids loved playing and swimming there. It's an easy holiday for parents who don't want to go far, and a little paradise for kids. Just expect it to be a bit louder right at the front of the park, since this is a place for children. You should be ready to spend more, on sweets and dinners as well as the games indoors. The kids won tickets through gambling, changed them for points, then picked items based on how many points they had. Electricity, gas, and water were extra at checkout. For us it came to 170zl. The deposit was 750zl. Quiet time was from 10pm till 6am. Swimming was meant to open at 9, though I saw people using it before then. The lifeguard was there at 9am. I'm unsure how secure the park is. People could come in from outside easily, and no one checked who was entering. We had a plastic bracelet to open the house, but that seemed to be all.

This place felt like a money catching machine. They charge extra for everything, even washing clothes or getting new bed sheets. When we arrived, there was sand all over the house floor, especially on the stairs. Be careful if you want a refund. They offer different solutions but don't actually give the money back, even when you have a valid case. They only speak Polish, not English, and nobody explained how things worked. When we had questions, they didn't know the answers or have anyone there to help. It's perfect for children, but they charge for every little thing. If you need help, there's no one to answer you.
