The private parking spot is included in the price, and the sea and other attractions are close by. We found the apartment elegant, very clean, and equipped with everything we expected. We enjoyed a few pleasant days here and will come back. We also have a voucher for one free night, but we think the place is worth returning to anyway.

You can hear the sea from this quiet, tucked-away spot, and the beach is close. The apartment was clean, fresh-smelling, and pleasant. I definitely recommend it 👍👍👍

The beach is very close, and there are restaurants nearby too. The nearest shop is just 50 meters away, handy for fresh bread in the morning or a drink in the evening. I picked an apartment with its own parking space, which is a nice option, though not essential since only residents park there, not the beach tourists. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and some even have a washing machine. I recommend it.

The place was clean, but after 10 exhausting days we won't be back. The beds were painfully hard, and we were worn down by noise through the walls and ceiling, banging, loud music, the neighbors, and even the sewer system. People nearby were drinking and partying at night, and the staff didn't respond. There's a curfew after 10 p.m., but it didn't solve the noise. With kids, the lack of soundproofing was especially rough, and bathing guests next door at night meant lost sleep for our children. The apartment was barely equipped. The bathroom was only 1.2 m x 2 m, with a washing machine and toilet squeezed in, leaving almost no room to turn around. The welcome pack had just 4 tea bags, salt, and pepper, not enough for several days, so bring your own cleaning supplies too, especially with children. We also weren't told in advance that a dog-friendly apartment might have allergens. Getting and returning the keys in Kołobrzeg was a disaster in this age of digitalization and unattended standardization. We had to tell them through booking if we'd arrive late, but staff didn't answer the phone. The price was an exorbitant 2,500 PLN for a few days. Not a place I'd recommend for families with children.
