Dolce Vita

We found the place very clean, and the room had a fridge as well as complimentary coffee and tea. They also provided beach chairs and a windbreak for free. The guesthouse is centrally located, with lovely rooms and balconies, secure parking, and a decent breakfast that was perfectly adequate. A little German is spoken, otherwise English. Still, the atmosphere felt rather impersonal. We didn't try the pool, as it didn't seem especially inviting.

The spa needs a proper clean. There was an unpleasant smell, bugs and cobwebs, and the barrier by the jacuzzi was unsteady. The balconies also had cobwebs, and the coffee machine at breakfast didn't work well. On the plus side, the location is good, the room was spacious and clean, and it had a refrigerator. The receptionist was friendly.

The staff were extremely friendly, and both the food and rooms were perfectly fine. We have only good things to say about our stay and would gladly return.

The spa area was a letdown: it wasn't well cared for and had a bad smell. It could use flowers, proper loungers, and a general refresh. The sauna was great, though, and we liked the helpful staff, good location, and delicious breakfasts.
