The newer buildings, saunas, children's pool and lake just 70m away sounded like real advantages, but the repeated blackouts made the facilities feel unsafe and unusable. We came for 3 nights over Christmas as 7 families, 26 people in all, and had more than 20 outages on the first night, then another 2-3 each evening. Children were left in the dark around the pool and sauna, showers were cut short, and toilets stopped working. Management tried to fix things but couldn't get the problem under control. There were no coffee machines or toasters, despite being advertised. With the cold weather and unreliable electricity, the stay was especially uncomfortable. For a group property at this price, that level of infrastructure failure is unacceptable. It was stressful and unsafe for families with children. We can't recommend it and won't return.

The apartment was a lovely surprise, with a charming setting, beautiful views and a high standard. I came for the first time and already know I'll be back. A really relaxing place, and one I'd recommend.

I booked the spa area just for myself and found it really pleasant. Renting it privately costs 125 PLN per hour for up to 5 people, which seems reasonable. You can reserve by text and get in with a code, without needing anyone there. I couldn't find any water, and there weren't towels, though that seems fairly normal at this price. I'd happily recommend it and plan to return.

The apartment's bedroom was cold since the heating was only in the living room, so that would have kept this to four stars. But what happened in the bathroom made the whole stay feel awful. My child and I got trapped inside with no phone, and only guests next door heard us calling and came to help. The maintenance man removed the broken doorknob and let us out. It was meant to be a stress-free break, and the mood was ruined. I'm sorry the owners or staff still haven't replied to my emails about it.

We keep coming back, and the place seems to get more beautiful each time, with more ways to relax and spend our free time. The lake views are lovely, the apartment is comfortable, and the owner is easy to reach and responsive to what guests need. We even take a detour of over 30 km to stay here, and the fenced parking is free.
