The hotel is in a good location, and our room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were very small and uncomfortable. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and breakfast was good. Service was the letdown. One night the room next door was extremely loud, with what sounded like at least six people partying, and someone being sick. I asked the manager whether we could move rooms, but they didn't seem to care and just said the guests would probably leave. It felt like the drunk guests mattered more than us, and I wasn't happy with that response. I stayed five nights, and the room was never cleaned or the rubbish taken out. For a hotel of this standard, I'd expect at least the rubbish to be removed and the towels changed. As someone from England, I would have liked more TV channels. There were no international channels and no alternative such as Netflix. It's a nice hotel, but the service needs a lot of improvement.

Room 106 was spacious and spotless, with a fridge, plenty of towels, and a bathroom with a powerful, very hot shower. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and we worked around the Polish-only satellite TV by bringing a laptop. Netflix would be a good upgrade. The hotel is reasonably priced, near the end of the park, and still fairly quiet. The central square is a 5-10 minute walk away, and there's a private car park at the side, with a door that leads straight to the stairs and our room. I've stayed at most of the hotels in this small provincial town over the past 15 years while visiting my wife's family, and this is the best so far. The service is excellent and friendly, unusual in Jaslo, and they were ready to help with all sorts of requests. The restaurant's Polish classics arrived quickly and hot, unlike at some places in town, and were generally very enjoyable. I'd be very happy to recommend Hotel Sepia to anyone visiting Jaslo.

I've stayed here a couple of times and would highly recommend it. The location is a real bonus, very close to the bus and railway stations. The rooms are spotless, the buffet breakfast is good value, and the Wi-Fi is really fast. The owner and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I'll be back.

We were visiting family nearby and spent a couple of nights here. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff were friendly. They also helped us put on a big family dinner, and the food was excellent. Dziękuję!
