The location was just right for a break outdoors, away from a crowded city. You can hear the sea, and it's only a few minutes away. Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the staff were helpful and professional, especially at the front desk. Dinner didn't offer much variety, and the TV was small, but we really enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend it.

Breakfast and the restaurant food were both superb. The hotel is also only a short walk from the beach, with pine trees all around. Everyone we dealt with, from reception and restaurant staff to housekeeping, was friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt welcome and comfortable throughout, and the cleanliness everywhere was outstanding.

We came for a family weekend out of season and found it warm, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The staff were lovely, and breakfast was delicious, with a good range of ingredients. The restaurant looks out over the dunes. It's hard to find somewhere closer to the beach on the Polish coast, and the hotel is also well placed for town and forest trails. Our deluxe room was roomy, with a renovated bathroom. A glass wall looked out toward the forest and lighthouse, and from the big balcony we could see the sea through the trees in winter. The pool is a good size, with massage jets, a shallow area, and a slide. After the water, the jacuzzi is a nice way to warm up. Both the Finnish and steam saunas are well designed. The loungers felt odd, though, as if they were sagging or didn't have proper mattresses. The playroom wasn't very well equipped, but it kept little ones busy for a few hours. Ms. Sandra made sure they were safe and having fun. There are animators in season, for example during the winter holidays. A few things brought the experience down. The TV is tiny, the cables beside it hang visibly, and there aren't many channels, despite the intermediary advertising it as “premium.” Some carpets in the shared areas are worn and make the hallways look shabby. Also, the pool thermometer showed just under 28°C while the board said 29°C. Even one degree matters to many people, and I know some would find that too cold and not come back. The hotel is otherwise at a very high standard, and I'd happily return if I get the chance.

The breakfast was okay, but not very vegan-friendly. The building looks great outside, though the rooms are small, not especially clean, and have a communist-era feel. It seems very expensive for what you get.
