The host was friendly, and the setting has a lot going for it: it’s tucked away from the center, with plenty of parking, a playground, a nice gazebo, and a lovely garden. There’s a restaurant beside the hotel on the cliff overlooking the sea, and the beach is about a 100-meter walk. A butterfly conservatory and a lighthouse are nearby too. But the room and bathroom smelled terribly musty and moldy. There was mold on the ceilings, walls, and doorframes. Even with the windows open and air freshener and perfume sprayed, the smell wouldn’t go away. Sleeping there was a nightmare. The communal kitchen cabinets smelled musty too, so we didn’t use the kitchen.

It’s peaceful here, away from the city center and all the bustle. There’s a lovely garden, parking, and the staff cleaned the shared areas every day. They were happy to suggest places to eat and visit. The rooms were clean, and the cottage is close to the sea, with a clear view of the horizon from the road. You can also get to the sea from the other side through Lisi Jar. I recommend it.

The beach is only about 100 meters away, and the owners are really friendly and helpful. It’s a quiet spot away from the city center. The rooms are clean, there’s a little shared kitchen, a tidy courtyard, a few parking spots, and a few things for kids to do, including a mini playground. What more could you want?

A small downside is the kitchenette hob, which takes a long time to cook anything on and could do with an upgrade. Apart from that, it was clean, quiet, and pleasant. The location is ideal: close to the beach but away from the city center, with a butterfly conservatory worth visiting around the corner and a hotel restaurant next door.
