I spent a month with my family in apartment NO.1 on the ground floor and felt right at home. It’s in a quiet area where you can rest, and the beach is beautiful, about 200m away. The light house is 150m from the apartment. Having a car is an advantage. There’s a grocery shop nearby, 150 m up Broncharda street. I can recommend this place.

We were very pleased with the apartment we booked in this building. It was furnished comfortably, and the neighborhood was quiet, with the beach close by.

It was easy to deal with the staff, and the apartment was spacious and comfortable, with three rooms, a wardrobe, kitchenette and bathroom. It had plenty of equipment, everything needed to live much as you would at home. The location works well for outings and walks. There’s an elevator, and parking is available either underground, with a 2m height limit, or in front of the property. Pets are accepted, and bikes can be rented. Worth considering.

I don’t recommend this place. They took 675 PLN from me, then cancelled the reservation and didn’t give the money back. I was cheated.

The neighborhood is calm, well away from Rozewie's bustle. Getting to the sea means going on foot, and the beach route suits people up for a bit of an adventure. The apartment itself feels very modern, with gated access and a code entry, plus an elevator, underground parking, and a viewing terrace on the roof.
