We spent a pleasant week here and were able to rest. My daughter was especially happy because the playground is fantastic. There’s also a pool, two playrooms for little ones, and a games room, though we didn’t use the pool. The mini terrace by the entrance, with a table and benches, came in very handy. The cottage suited our family of three, with plenty of room: two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, and two bathrooms, which is unusual and very convenient. Most things were fine, but there were a few problems. The kettle was badly scaled, the toilet paper was gray, and there were no towels. We were told in advance to bring our own, which was good to know, though in recent years I haven’t had to bring towels at other places. The bedroom blind was broken, there were no sponges despite the dish soap, and the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we arrived, so unfortunately it didn’t smell inviting. My first impression of the owners wasn’t great. I called for directions to find the property, but the woman kept repeating the cottage number, even after I explained I needed to know where the cottages were. I didn’t feel she wanted to help, and she wasn’t very polite. The other owner came just to settle payment and go over the rules, without a smile or kind word. Maybe it was just that day, as he was friendly and smiling in the following days. I was also surprised by the detailed checkout cleaning instructions, especially having to strip the bedding. That was a first for me.

The cottage was filthy and dim, with the lowest wattage bulbs. There was mold in the shower, and the blind, TV, and bowls were broken. The electric kettle leaked, and there was a hair dryer but no dryer. The pool had broken filter grates and leaky toys. Bikes were so rusty and broken that riding one felt like an extreme sport. Attractions were open only in the afternoon. The owner was rude to guests, humiliated his employees, delayed their pay of 25 PLN an hour, which is below minimum wage, and didn’t issue a receipt. Payment was cash.

The cottages are very nice and well equipped, and having two bathrooms is a big plus. There’s an indoor pool and a pleasant, though small, playground for kids. The owner has a somewhat particular manner, but you can get along with him. The center is around 2 km away, while the beach is about 600 meters away. Entrance no. 19, Lisim Jarem, is rocky in places; entrance no. 20 is a little further down the stairs, but the beach there is wider and without rocks. I have very fond memories of staying here, and basically nothing to complain about.

The small apartment is well equipped for the price, and there’s a pool on site. Still, the way the owner spoke to us on checkout day put us off: several bottles were left on the kitchen counter because they wouldn’t fit in the bin, and they were pointed out rudely. We won’t come back. Apart from that poor welcome, the place may be worth considering.
