The balcony was what saved things for me. At the cottages in front, the supposed place to have coffee outside is really the parking lot, and there isn’t much space or greenery around the cottages. The furnishings are okay, but lighting was limited: one bedside light for two beds in our room, none in the next one. Little practical things were missing too, like a bath mat and a cup for toothbrushes. I had to work remotely during our stay, and although Wi-Fi was listed, it didn’t work. The cottages and rooms are decent and well located for both the center and beach.

Best wishes from cottage number 20. Roman, thanks for the gift :) The stay is nice and clean, with a friendly owner, and bringing children is no problem. They have a playground with toys, artificial grass between the cottages, and two barbecue areas that can fit 12 people at once. The beach walk is short and pleasant, and parking is by your cottage number. The nightly price isn’t too high. The gate is electric and kept locked; you get a remote for your stay. I’d add more praise if I could.

The cottages are clean and well maintained, and close to the beach. It’s a good spot for families, but if you come with friends, be ready for a negative attitude from the top, since young people are assumed to cause trouble and noise. I hope the owner was pleasantly surprised by how quiet and considerate we were of other guests. The worst part was getting woken early every day. From 6 a.m. the children’s screaming and play were unbearable. Other guests let their kids run wild, including throwing darts at our balcony and at cars. So, it may suit families well, but definitely not anyone looking for peace and quiet.

There’s a decent playground for children, and the place was clean and pet friendly, with waste sorting as a big plus. Still, it felt oddly lacking in atmosphere, and three stars seems generous for the cleanliness and pet friendliness. The wooden terraced houses have no sound privacy, you hear what the neighbors are doing. Each house sleeps six and costs the same regardless of how many people stay. Parking is limited to one car, so you may need to take a bus; when someone brings two or more cars, the next one has to park outside, even if spaces look empty. There’s only one barbecue for all the houses, and we couldn’t find a spot to grill even once during our week. At 3,800 for a week, the price doesn’t fit the standard. I know places in Italy where the same amount rents a detached house by the beach, but only for two weeks. Here, it’s a long way from the sea.
