The staff were nice and willing to help, but our stay left us feeling that guest convenience hadn't been thought through. We booked a sauna one day, and the sauna itself had a good, suitable temperature. But there was no hot water in the shower afterward. Reception told us hot water wasn't provided in the sauna showers. We'd never been to a sauna without being able to shower there, so we went to our room next door instead. The room was small, which could have been fine if it had been set up well. We arrived late, but the bed wasn't made. There wasn't even a bed, just a small sofa that could be unfolded for sleeping, if you figured out how. The bedding was in the wardrobe, and the first sheet we found covered only about two thirds of the sofa. Reception gave us another. One pillow was tiny, lumpy, and flattened almost to paper thickness, so we had to ask for a replacement too. The sofa wasn't comfortable for two people. We'd been told there was a kitchenette, but it was extremely bare: two small plates, two large plates, two spoons, two forks, a few blunt knives, two pots, a single burner, and one wine glass. We asked for a second glass. There was no sink in the kitchen, so washing dishes meant using the small, very inconvenient bathroom sink. The bathroom had no shampoo or shower gel, so we bought some at the nearest supermarket. There were no shower shelves either. The toilet was so close to the sink that there wasn't enough knee room to sit straight. Finding the hotel was another puzzle. On the paved road by the address there are several buildings, but no sign identifying Eden as a hotel or resort. We asked people in the street and eventually found it. To get in, we had to pass through a fence gate with a digital lock and a code we didn't know. We called the phone number and finally got access. The staff didn't speak English. They don't have to in Poland, of course, but in our travels there's usually at least someone on staff who can. We were told beforehand that towels cost extra. Since we knew, we brought our own, though it struck us as odd; we'd never encountered that even in the cheapest one-star hotels. Payment was cash only. We paid cash and got no receipt, then were directed to the hotel parking and our room. The rest was fine, but those details made for a frustrating stay.

We were so glad to spend time by the sea at @resort_eden_apartamenty_domki, and we'd happily return. Ania, the owner, is warm, friendly, professional, and ready to help in every way. The apartments and cottages have stylish, modern interiors that are clean and nicely appointed. It's a quiet area with a forest across the way, and the sea is just 400 meters away. The resort welcomes families with children and four-legged friends. There's parking, a playground with a trampoline, a barbecue area, and plenty of room to relax with a jacuzzi and sauna. Thank you for such a lovely time! 🫶🏻😘

The fenced parking is a real plus here, especially since parking by the seaside can be a bit tricky. It's a peaceful spot close to both the forest and the sea, without the usual seaside resort hustle. A good base for trips to Hel, and Jastrzębia Góra and Władysławowo are also lovely places to relax.

I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place. We paid 1800 PLN for three nights, which I don't consider cheap, and chose it partly because of the jacuzzi. Before we even got the keys, reception had put up a notice saying it cost 150 PLN per hour, something we hadn't been told beforehand. I've stayed in places both expensive and inexpensive, and hadn't come across that kind of setup. From the outside the apartments look beautiful, 10/10, but inside the "apartment" was a disaster. The doorknobs were broken and dirty, the bathroom smelled of sewage, the sink was broken, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. The sofa was unbelievably stained. We wanted a balcony for our dog, but it turned out to be one large, unfenced balcony shared by all the rooms on the floor. The listing says 600 meters from the sea, but it was well over 1 km in reality. There was an old dog roaming around the property, and nobody seemed to be watching it. It would look into other dogs' bowls and eat their food. You don't need to be a dog expert to know another dog might attack to protect its food. After we asked several times for someone to collect and secure it for its own safety, someone finally came, but the dog returned shortly afterward. There was no real concern about the situation. A huge disappointment, and we're never coming back.

The sauna mentioned in "this is an apartment with a sauna" is in another part of the building, along with a jacuzzi that smelled so bad we couldn't go in. The manager didn't issue a receipt at first, and when we went to collect it, we spent about 30 minutes getting one. After we complained, we got a ridiculous amount refunded for extras. I personally can't recommend this place. Fortunately we'd only booked two nights. My parents and I came to the seaside expecting a pleasant stay in a charming hotel, but the room was substandard: a dirty pan left by the previous guests, a moldy shower head, only two hangers in the mini wardrobe for five people, four chairs, too few glasses and plates, and no cleaning supplies beyond diluted dish soap. A file was on the bed under the duvet, which made me wonder again whether the sheets had been changed. And the duvet was more like worn-out felt. The thought of sleeping under it disgusted us. I'm posting photos as proof. The receptionist was rude. When we couldn't find our room, she wouldn't show us, and we later found out we were in a separate building with a much lower standard. This place needs a tax office and sanitary inspection.
