Villa Buki Pokoje & Spa

The staff are so friendly and ready to help with whatever you ask. They’ve helped both me and my partner plan big occasions, and always did a brilliant job. I honestly can’t think of anything I disliked about this beautiful hotel. I’ve stayed in a lot of four- and five-star places in Poland and abroad, and this one is extremely well equipped with amazing customer service. For me, it’s a 10 out of 10. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Each has its own bathroom and, if I remember correctly, a balcony. There’s a lounge on the roof where you can sunbathe, eat, enjoy a drink, look at the view or watch TV. Breakfast downstairs had something for everyone, with plenty of snacks and vegetables, both sweet and savoury options, lots of drinks, and fresh fruit to make your own juice. The spa has a steam sauna, dry sauna, aromatherapy shower and a cold-and-warm water walking area. There’s enough parking outside, and the hotel is easy to get to.

The room was really nice, and the spa is a great fallback when the weather turns bad.

The staff looked after us so well, always smiling, attentive and ready to help. We also got to use the well-equipped spa and wellness area every day at no extra cost. Villa Buki is very close to the beach and right by the centre of Jastrzębia Góra, where there are lots of excellent restaurants. The villa is cozy, clean and well kept, and breakfast was generous, varied and delicious. Highly recommend!

New Year’s Eve at Villa Buki was a real hit. The owners had thought of everything, including champagne and fireworks, and it felt like celebrating with good friends. The service was top-notch. At times, I felt the staff would give up their own bed to make sure a guest slept well. Special mention to the always-smiling property manager. You can tell the place runs smoothly, but with heart. If I’m spending New Year’s Eve by the sea, I’d want it to be like this. Definitely somewhere I’d return to, and not just for the holidays.
