Aqua Hotel

The room was clean and the mattresses were comfortable, and the hotel itself is really beautiful. Service was pleasant too. The shower head fitting coming off the wall might have been a coincidence. We seemed to be the only guests, so perhaps the restaurant kitchen wasn't prepared for meals. We were served dishes different from what we'd ordered for dinner, though I have to say they tasted quite good. Breakfast was a horrible shock. The ingredients were obviously old and spoiled: the cheese edges were dry, some of the ham was grey instead of pink, the orange juice had turned sour, and there was mold inside the cakes. I've never seen a hotel serve food that seemed like a safety risk. I'd avoid eating at AquaHotel. Who knows what else the manager is cutting corners on. For us, zero stars.
