The WiFi was very poor, and the staff were slow to answer messages. I also haven't received the 25% refund the property offered for the discomfort, even though it's been several weeks since my stay. I believe the ceiling is well below the legal minimum for guest accommodation in Poland. If you're over 6 feet tall, staying here would be very uncomfortable. The Agoda listing doesn't mention the low ceiling, and the photos don't show the slope in the living area. The bathroom also has a very low ceiling and isn't private, since anyone from the lower floors can enter it. I'm in touch with Agoda to see if the listing can be changed to warn customers about the low ceiling.
