Apartamenty i Pokoje przy Parku

A warning to anyone considering this place. I’ve stayed at this address several times over the past few years, and there haven’t been any renovations during that time. Cleaning is charged for, but the place is simply filthy. On a winter visit two years ago it was freezing, and the heating was poor. I booked again anyway because of the location. Then, two days before I was due to leave, the guest called to say there’d been an accident and they wouldn’t have time to get the room ready. I booked the hotel next door and went to check what was going on, only to find someone else staying in the room I’d reserved. Absolutely ridiculous. That’s how you lose a customer.

The price is good for the conditions, and it’s a place I’d recommend. My room was clean, attractive, and comfortable, with everything I needed. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen. The location is great, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. She knows the area well and suggested things to see.

Those Karkonosze Mountains views are stunning, and they seem different every time. It’s peaceful here, overlooking the historic Spa Park, with access from a quiet street. The rooms have what a tourist needs for anything from a few days to a few weeks. There’s plenty to see nearby, and it makes a great base for walks or cycling.

For clean, quiet, cozy accommodation in a great location, this is a real find, especially at the price. If you’re after luxury, you’ll want to look elsewhere.
