The apartment and garden are wonderful, and the hosts are too. I can see why we'd definitely come back. All the reviews are honest, and I don't have much to add beyond saying this place feels magical.

The peace, greenery, and views here are lovely, and being close to Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba means you can get out and explore as well as relax. For me, the Sudeckie Apartments by the Reservoir in Marczyce 32 feel like a second home. I felt that way from my very first visit, and I can't picture choosing somewhere else. The interiors are cozy and stylish, with every detail put together thoughtfully. The owners are warm, welcoming, always helpful, and smiling. From the first greeting, you can tell how much heart they put into the place and into looking after guests. They make people feel seen and cared for, which gives the place its own hard-to-describe atmosphere. It's somewhere that soothes both the senses and the heart. I wholeheartedly recommend it if you're looking for real rest, a connection with nature, and that special feeling. Once you've been, you'll want to return.

The scenery around the Sudeckie Apartments by the Marczyce reservoir is wonderful, with the water, quiet, birdsong, and nearby mountain views. It makes a great place to step away from everyday life and a good base for visiting nearby attractions. We felt at home as soon as the owners warmly welcomed us. They're caring, positive people, and that atmosphere made the stay feel special. Our apartment was modern and tasteful but still very cozy. It was fully equipped, with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom. You can see the care the owners put into the details. We wholeheartedly recommend the Sudeckie Apartments for the homely feel, lovely design, and closeness to nature. We'll definitely be back!
