The room was nice, but the staff were very slow.

At first the hotel seemed great, but that impression didn’t last. The bathroom drain made showering uncomfortable, and after just 15 minutes the floor was covered in ankle-deep water. No surprise there was a squeegee in the room. Breakfast was basic and the choice was limited, but everything tasted good and arrived promptly. The staff were friendly, especially Magdalena in the restaurant. Best regards :3. It feels more suited to older guests, so I’d suggest younger people look elsewhere.

It’s right in the town center, close to the promenade, park, and thermal baths. I’m giving the hotel five stars, but I have four reservations. First, there’s no parking, even though space could be made by removing the unattractive graduation tower. That could instead go in the spa park’s large empty green area. Breakfast runs from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., which doesn’t leave guests much chance to sleep in or relax. Most hotels serve it from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. There’s also just one large coffee machine, so people line up. Two smaller machines would let two guests pour coffee at once. Check-in ends at 10:00 a.m., while breakfast runs until 9:30 a.m., leaving no time to use the restroom. At most hotels you can check out by 11:00 a.m. or even 12:00 p.m. Spa guests and tourists are on vacation and shouldn’t have to feel rushed. Finally, reception staff eat breakfast at the desk and are very rude if interrupted. That’s unacceptable. They’re at work, and arriving guests shouldn’t have to see food on the reception counter. We haven’t encountered anything like it in a long time. We should have come back later to sort it out.
