Getting to the parking area can be complicated if you're not from Jelenia Góra, and you have to carry your luggage about 200 meters from the lot to the Edward pavilion. There's a working lift in the pavilion. The rooms are decent, clean, and well equipped; the location is very good, and the staff are very nice, though a little impersonal. The photo shows the view from the only one of the balconies.

I can only speak about the restaurant. From the comments, a lot has been said already, but I'd describe it more as a Polish milk bar than a restaurant. The prices are excellent, with a main course at 20 PLN hard to beat, though the food suffers in taste. You have to order at the counter yourself. The staff are friendly, and the setting feels like a canteen inside a venerable old building.

We went in February, when it was quiet and not crowded. It opens at 11 a.m., which is unusual for the area. The retro feel is wonderful, and the service was very friendly.
