Two websites, Booking and Hotelslowersilesia.com, show photos of swimming pools that don’t belong to the hotel, and say in several places that THE PROPERTY HAS A SWIMMING POOL. I suggest correcting the information under “property amenities” and removing the thermal bath photos. I called to ask about the property’s pool. The woman who answered was unpleasant and didn’t say who she was, so I had to check that I was speaking to an employee from Villa Cervi. When I asked if the property had a swimming pool, she indignantly pointed out that Cieplice Thermal Baths were 500 meters away. I said the online information should be corrected because it was misleading. She seemed to think having the baths nearby justified saying the property had a pool. I could understand that if there were some arrangement with the baths, such as passes included with the stay. Instead of taking my comment on board, she used a very rude tone and compared my point about incorrect website information to the presence of Śnieżka Mountain or mountain views from the windows. Those aren’t the same thing: nearby mountains are an attraction, while a swimming pool is something the property is promising.

The owners are friendly and approachable, and the rooms are spacious with balconies. It’s also very close to the park and the Cieplice thermal baths. We stayed here some time ago and everything was great, so we booked again recently before knowing what was going to happen. Then disaster struck and flooding hit Cieplice and our hometown. The owners had no problem canceling our reservation, so we’ll come back once things have settled. I can recommend this place with a clear conscience. 😍

We used this peaceful place as a base for two nights, heading out to Szklarska Poręba and Karpacz. The price was very reasonable. Our room was very clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. The owners were friendly, parking on the property was guaranteed, and we had unlimited kitchen access. There’s a beautiful, stylish dining room opposite. Everything else was perfect, too. I highly recommend it.

The internet barely worked on the upper floors, which was the one downside. Otherwise, the building is very nice, the rooms are nicely decorated, and the shared kitchen is fully equipped. The owner was helpful and friendly. The location is excellent, right by Spa Park and the thermal baths.

The rooms are clean, with a large bed and TV, and the bathroom is spacious, clean, and has a shower. There’s parking and free Wi-Fi. Breakfast can be made in the modern, well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator. The location is great, close to everything, including the market for lunch and the park for a walk. I highly recommend the very friendly, helpful staff.
